Teaching assistants are buried under mounds of paperwork, and they may not have the teaching skills to help you in the way that you need. You have other classes, social obligations, and possibly a job, and you don’t have time to run all over campus seeking assistance.

Meet Brian

I am a chemical engineer with more than 10 years of experience in the tech sector. I started tutoring part-time in high school, and three years ago, I gave up engineering to pursue tutoring full-time. I have always loved statistics, as well as other math and science material, and I found that tutoring others helped me refine my own skills.
 
I was valedictorian of my high school class, and then I majored in chemical engineering at Clarkson University. I kept tutoring during college, and I graduated at the top of my major. I then attended graduate school at Tufts University, where I served as a teaching assistant. I also worked as an engineer and scientist, focusing on thermal analysis, surface chemistry, clean energy, and measurement techniques.
 
After grad school, I moved to San Diego to interview for engineering jobs, and continued tutoring during my job search. My tutoring practice took off, rapidly gaining me new students. I soon made the decision to drop engineering and tutor full-time, and I launched Bricks Tutoring in 2015. I came to New York in 2018 and relaunched my tutoring company here.
 
I can help you learn more in less time, while improving your results and lowering your stress levels. You can pass that course, ace that exam, or earn that STEM degree you always wanted. We will work as a team, pairing your hard work with my experience and skills to get you through even the toughest statistics class.

Statistics Tutoring At Any Level

I cover all types of statistics courses at the high school and college levels. These include, but are not limited to:

Private Statistics Tutoring Rates, Hours, and Locations

​

I offer tutoring Sunday through Thursday from 10am until 10pm.
 
One student: $60 for the first hour and $40 per additional hour
Two students: $80 for the first hour and $40 per additional hour
Three students: $90 for the first hour and $60 per additional hour
 
Please note that my minimum is one hour, and payment is due at the end of each session. I accept cash, checks, and credit cards.
 
I will meet you on campus, in a coffee shop, at your home, or wherever you like throughout Brooklyn, Queens, and NYC.
